Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Prompt Engineer (Remote) to design, develop, and implement advanced artificial intelligence systems across our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI engineering, backend development, and system architecture, with hands-on experience deploying production-ready AI solutions that drive efficiency, automation, and innovation.

Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n is considered a major plus, as many of our internal AI systems rely on automated pipelines and integrations between multiple services.

This is a remote position and requires both strategic vision and technical execution, bridging the gap between business requirements and scalable AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end AI-driven solutions, from concept to deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into AI opportunities.
Develop and integrate machine learning, NLP, and computer vision models into existing backend systems.
Architect scalable data pipelines and APIs to support AI and analytics applications.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability for real-world production environments.
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks, LLMs, and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Vertex AI, Azure AI, Hugging Face).
Lead experimentation and prototyping to validate new concepts before deployment.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards across all AI workflows.
Mentor developers and analysts on AI implementation best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software engineering or backend development, with at least 2–3 years of AI/ML project experience.
Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java, and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
Expertise in API integration, database architecture (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) setups is a strong plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a strong focus on solution delivery.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airflow).
Experience with LangChain, OpenAI API, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
Knowledge of data governance, MLOps, and model deployment pipelines.
Prior experience integrating AI into business operations, analytics dashboards, or customer-facing applications.
