Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to develop and optimize prompts for a chatbot system. This role involves working across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from gathering requirements to designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

"¢ Design and implement prompt frameworks for chatbot interactions

"¢ Optimize and refine prompts for improved chatbot performance

"¢ Work across the full SDLC, from requirement gathering to deployment

"¢ Conduct research and experiments on prompt engineering best practices

"¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align chatbot responses with business needs

"¢ Test and validate prompts for accuracy, grammar, and language effectiveness

"¢ Stay updated on advancements in LLMs and prompt engineering techniques

Required Qualifications

"¢ Experience in prompt engineering for AI/LLM-based applications

"¢ Strong software engineering background

"¢ Proficiency in working with LLMs and chatbot platforms

"¢ Excellent English language skills, including grammar and phrasing

"¢ Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

"¢ Ability to research, experiment, and iterate on prompt designs

Preferred Qualifications

"¢ Experience in training or coaching teams on AI-driven solutions

"¢ Background in NLP, machine learning, or AI research

"¢ Experience with chatbot development and deployment
