We are seeking a talented Prompt Engineer to be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

The role involves translating business needs into AI-driven solutions, developing and optimizing prompts for GenAI models, and collaborating closely with data, development, and business teams.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI-based processes and prompts
Develop, test, and continuously improve prompts for GenAI models
Work closely with data, development, and business stakeholders
Analyze data structures and data sources for effective AI model utilization
Define use cases and testing scenarios
Improve performance and output quality of AI models
Document processes and methodologies for working with language models

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in system analysis or technological solution design
Experience working with AI / GenAI systems or prompt engineering
Understanding of data structures, APIs, and data sources
Strong analytical thinking and excellent writing skills
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
