Excited to grow? We’re looking for a passionate Prompt Engineer to become part of our Bucharest-based team.

Your Mission

As a Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, refining, and optimizing textual prompts that guide large language models (LLMs) and AI systems to produce accurate, contextually relevant, and high-quality outputs. This role is critical for enhancing AI model performance and aligning it with user requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Prompt Engineer, you will be working in an enthusiastic technical team. Your job will consist of:

Develop and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) to optimize performance and accuracy.
Collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to understand project requirements and translate them into effective prompts.
Conduct experiments to test and evaluate the effectiveness of different prompts.
Analyze and interpret data to improve prompt engineering strategies.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science.
Document prompt engineering processes and results for future reference.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an open and proactive professional, able to bring into the team a diverse skill set, positive attitude and a healthy sense of humor:
Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science.
Interest in sociology and its applications in AI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
No prior experience required, but a willingness to dive deep into the world of AI and prompt engineering is essential.
