Job Title: Prompt Engineer – Automation Specialist for Fashion Marketplace

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Prompt Engineer to join our growing team in transforming our fashion marketplace into a fully automated and efficient platform. The ideal candidate will develop, deploy, and optimize automated processes and build intelligent systems for managing operations, including an Orders Dashboard and Vendors Dashboard. You will play a critical role in leveraging AI and advanced tools to streamline workflows and improve the user experience for our customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Automation Development

• Design and deploy AI-driven solutions to automate key operational processes (e.g., order management, vendor onboarding, inventory tracking).

• Create AI-powered prompts, workflows, and APIs to integrate automation seamlessly into the Shopify platform.

• Develop chatbots or AI-based tools to assist vendors and customers with real-time support.

2. Dashboard Development

• Build intuitive Orders Dashboard for tracking, managing, and fulfilling customer orders.

• Develop a feature-rich Vendors Dashboard for vendors to monitor performance, upload products, and manage their storefronts.

• Ensure dashboards integrate seamlessly with Shopify and other third-party platforms.

3. Data Management and Insights

• Implement data pipelines to gather and analyze performance metrics, order details, and vendor activities.

• Automate reporting and insights for better decision-making by the operations team.

4. Collaboration and Integration

• Work closely with the technical team to ensure alignment between automation goals and platform architecture.

• Collaborate with designers to ensure dashboards are user-friendly and visually appealing.

• Integrate systems with other tools (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers, CRM software).

5. Optimization and Maintenance

• Continuously monitor and refine automated processes for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer, Software Developer, or Automation Specialist.

• Strong understanding of APIs, AI/ML tools (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI), and automation frameworks.

• Experience with Shopify API, multi-vendor systems, and e-commerce platforms.

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.

• Familiarity with building dashboards using frameworks like React, Angular, or similar.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of fashion e-commerce trends and marketplace operations.

• Experience with database management (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).

• Background in UX/UI design for dashboards and tools.
