Our international IT Hub in Sofia, Bulgaria, is growing, and we are looking for a Prompt Engineer. You’ll be part of an international team, working in a vibrant environment that encourages the exchange of knowledge and ideas both onsite and offsite.

Your Responsibilities:

Design and refine prompt systems and conversational flows for real pharmacy use cases (availability, ordering, service booking).
Build and maintain evaluation pipelines for empathy, accuracy, and task success to enable rapid improvement.
Collaborate in a cross-functional team of Product Owner, designers, developers, and testers to turn workflows into seamless AI-powered experiences.
Prototype and test AI features for voice and chat, ensuring they meet both regulatory and emotional standards.
Experiment with LLM models and orchestration tools (e.g. GPT, Qwen, Mistral, LangChain, n8n, etc.) to find the best solution per use case.
Help create AI-driven content systems — summaries, proactive tips, and contextual insights for patients and pharmacists.
Foster a culture of AI experimentation and shared learning across teams.

Your Requirements :

Have hands-on experience crafting and testing prompts in real-world products.
Understand how to turn human workflows into conversational or generative systems.
Are comfortable working cross-functionally — co-creating with designers, engineers, and QA to balance empathy with precision.
Can evaluate both technical and human aspects of AI interactions (tone, helpfulness, accuracy).
Are fluent in Python or TypeScript and familiar with LLM APIs and orchestration tools.
Skills within the following Tech-Stack:
Open and API models (e.g. Qwen,GPT, Claude, Gemini)
AI & Orchestration (e.g. LangChain, n8n)
Backend & Infrastructure (e.g. Supabase, FastAPI)
Frontend & App Development (e.g.TypeScript, React Native)
Thrive in fast-moving, iterative environments where ideas quickly turn into prototypes.
