We are seeking highly skilled LLM App Red-Teaming Engineers to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in prompt engineering and familiarity with LLM applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. Experience with automated red-teaming solutions like PyRIT, Garak, Giskard, etc., is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct red-teaming exercises on LLM applications to identify vulnerabilities and improve security.
Develop and implement prompt engineering strategies to enhance the performance and security of LLM applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate red-teaming solutions into existing systems.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLM applications and red-teaming techniques.
Provide detailed reports on findings and recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills:

Prompt Engineering: At least 1 year of experience is required.
GenAI Red-Teaming: Nice to have.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with automated red-teaming solutions like PyRIT, Garak, Giskard, etc.
Experience with LLM applications and RAG systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
