We're seeking a Senior MLOps & Prompt Engineer to strengthen our machine learning operations and prompt engineering capabilities. You'll design and maintain scalable infrastructure for our LLM systems while developing robust frameworks for prompt management. As an early member of our engineering team, you'll have significant input in technical decisions and system architecture.
- Design and implement production-grade MLOps pipelines
- Build robust monitoring systems for LLM performance and prompt accuracy
- Implement observability practices for large-scale inference systems
- Develop automated testing frameworks for ML deployments and prompts
- Develop and maintain our prompt engineering framework and validation systems
- Implement prompt version control and deployment systems
- Work with domain experts to optimize prompt performance
- Drive improvements in prompt accuracy and efficiency
- Handle high-volume LLM interactions (100K+ per month)
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in MLOps or LLM systems
- Strong expertise in Golang and distributed systems
- Production experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, CloudWatch)
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for ML systems
- Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in building monitoring and observability systems
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM deployment at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with high-throughput distributed systems
- Background in travel industry applications
- Python proficiency for ML tooling
- Experience with AWS SageMaker
