Overview
As an AI Prompt Engineer Intern at Tata CLiQ, you will play a critical role in enhancing the interaction between customers and our AI-driven solutions, including chatbots, recommendation systems, and other conversational agents. You will focus on refining prompts to deliver superior, context-aware responses that align with the high standards expected in the luxury retail segment.
You will work on developing, testing, and fine-tuning prompts for various AI models, including LLMs like OpenAI’s GPT, to improve output quality, accuracy, and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application needs and create effective prompt solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prompt Development: Design, experiment, and iterate on prompts to optimize the performance of AI models across diverse use cases.
- Model Understanding: Study the behaviour and limitations of AI models to design effective prompts for achieving desired outcomes.
- Research & Experimentation: Analyze prompt effectiveness and conduct A/B testing to measure and improve response quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, data scientists, and product teams to align prompts with application requirements and business goals.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of prompt structures, iterations, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
- Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Customer Focus: Assist in creating user-friendly prompts tailored to specific applications such as chatbots, customer service agents, or content generation tools.
Qualifications
Required:
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Python or another programming language.
- Familiarity with large language models like OpenAI GPT, Google Bard, or similar.
- Passionfor AI, NLP, and emerging technologies.
Preferred:
- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or working with APIs for LLMs.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and model evaluation techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
