The Prompt Engineer role gives you the chance to work with some of the most advanced AI models out there, like Claude, Flash, DeepSeek, GPTs, and more. You'll be part of a highly talented team with a strong focus on quality and innovation.
In this role, you'll get hands-on experience with everything from prompt engineering and A/B testing to evaluating and refining prompts. You'll work closely with the tech stack to help build real, user-facing products and use prompting to unlock new capabilities.
Requirements:
- Great at breaking down problems because prompting is mostly problem-solving.
- Clear thinker judgment matters a lot when there's no obvious right answer.
- Collaborator who likes working with tech, product, and design, you'll need to understand what you're prompting for.
- Fast and experimental, we move quickly and try things out constantly.
- Organized, you might be managing hundreds of prompts at once.
- Pay attention to detail, small tweaks can change everything.
- Empathetic real people use what you build, so it should feel good to them.
- Good taste because good prompts are actually all about vibes.
- AI Skills - Extensive experience prompting (written 10s if not 100s of prompts).
- Python, SQL, R, or any previous programming experience would be a plus, but not a must-have.
