We’re now looking for a Prompt Engineer to join our growing team and help us shape the future of AI-powered automation.
This is a hybrid role, offering remote flexibility with in-office collaboration at our Beirut office.
As a Prompt Engineer, you’ll be crafting high-performance prompts and logic flows to train, fine-tune, and integrate AI systems that power our internal automation tools and external chatbots. You’ll work closely with business analysts, product managers, and developers to bring seamless, fluid AI experiences to life.
This is a creative-meets-technical role — think of it as writing with code-like precision and logic, using natural language as your toolset.
What You’ll Do
- Design and iterate prompts for LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to automate real-world workflows.
- Fine-tune and implement AI-powered tools and bots that boost productivity across teams.
- Translate business needs into structured, logical prompt flows that drive reliable AI outcomes.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and PMs to prototype, test, and launch AI features.
- Work with technologies like LangChain, RAG frameworks, Zapier, and Make.
- Continuously improve prompt logic to close performance gaps and maximize business value.
- Stay on the pulse of AI trends, bringing in new tools and techniques to elevate operations.
