âš¡ The Opportunity We're seeking a talented Prompt Engineer to join our team and grow into a Chief Prompt Engineer role. You'll be architecting the AI systems that influence million-dollar investment decisions across leading VC firms in Europe and the US.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and optimize prompts for our agent workflow system analyzing management teams
- Ensure reliable AI assessments across personality and competency evaluations
- Develop testing frameworks for prompt performance
- Collaborate directly with our CTO on product integration
- Optimise the foundation for scaling our AI platform
💡 What We're Looking For
- Hands-on prompt engineering experience
- Ideally experience with multi-agent AI systems or complex workflows
- Background in psychology, HR tech, or assessment tools (bonus)
- Understanding of B2B SaaS and high-stakes decision-making environments
- Growth mindset - ready to build and lead a function
- Netherlands based, team interaction is critical for us at this stage
- Initially part-time, growing into a fulltime role by the end of the year
