In this role, you will design and refine prompts for large language models, ensuring optimal performance for a wide range of applications to support our insights work across the public policy and commercial business domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft clear and effective prompts, adapting language for various audiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and iterate on solutions.
- Analyze and evaluate model outputs for accuracy, consistency, and bias.
- Frame complex social and policy arguments from diverse perspectives.
- Automate testing and output analysis using Python and data analysis tools.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of AI, ML, and NLP principles.
- Solid understanding of large language model architectures and their capabilities.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Background in social sciences, public policy, data science, or market research is advantageous.
- Programming proficiency, especially in Python.
- Familiarity with major LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini) and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
- Creativity, critical thinking, and a passion for iterative problem-solving.
