We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Prompt Engineer with strong programming expertise in Java and Python, and a deep understanding of AI integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and deploying prompt-based systems to generate code and integrate with other AI services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop prompt engineering strategies for writing code for moving out of current ETL model (Talend) to an open source models, including LLMs and generative AI tools.
- Integrate AI capabilities into applications using Java and Python.
- Build reusable components and APIs for prompt generation, evaluation, and refinement.
- Conduct prompt tuning and performance optimization for accuracy, relevance, and efficiency.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI deployments.
