Why this role matters
Conversion Assist AI is scaling fast. Our first product, a voice AI agent that re-engages non-responsive leads, is already driving results across property development, education, and automotive.
Demand is growing very fast, and we’re looking for one of our first dedicated hires to take ownership of scaling our AI sales automation engine.
This is not a maintenance role.
You’ll be building the playbook for how AI agents transform sales engagement, working at the bleeding edge of tech adoption, directly alongside our COO and founding team at Third Door Ventures (13 years, ~100 people, millions of consumers impacted each year).

What you’ll be doing
• Design conversation frameworks & workflows that increase engagement and conversion.
• Experiment & iterate with third-party LLMs and our proprietary stack to deliver outcomes (appointments, notifications, data capture, re-activation).
• Analyse campaign performance and act quickly to optimise conversion levers.
• Work directly with senior client stakeholders to guide them on the AI adoption journey.
• Partner with product & engineering to shape our roadmap and push the limits of what AI can do in sales automation.
• Manage competing priorities and deliver at speed without losing quality.

Who we’re looking for
We’re realistic: the AI sales automation space is new. We don’t expect decades of experience—what we want is attitude + evidence of execution.
Must-have DNA
• Proven experience automating or digitising complex workflows (ideally with voice AI).
• Curiosity + bias to action: you don’t wait, you make things happen.
• Strong grasp of designing conversion journeys (in call centres, email automation, or campaign contexts).
• Fast learner, resilient, thrives in ambiguity.
• Ambitious operator who wants to be in the room with senior execs and contribute meaningfully.
Nice to have
• Experience in tech/software engineering environments.
• Obsession with tinkering: you don’t mind disappearing down rabbit holes to solve hard problems.
