Do you love working at the intersection of AI, automation, and problem-solving? Data Skill Source is hiring an AI Prompt Engineer & Agent Builder to design, test, and refine intelligent agents for our SaaS clients.
These agents help automate complex business workflows — from procurement orchestration to operations support — allowing fast-growing startups to scale smarter. If you’re creative with prompts, fluent in large language model (LLM) capabilities, and excited to shape the future of AI-driven automation, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
✅ Design and optimize prompts to guide AI agents through multi-step workflows.
✅ Build, test, and refine AI-driven agents inside client platforms.
✅ Collaborate with product and engineering teams to map business processes into agentic workflows.
✅ Debug agent behavior, fine-tune outputs, and improve reliability.
✅ Research and experiment with new LLM capabilities to expand what agents can do.
✅ Document prompt strategies, configurations, and lessons learned for client teams.
✅ Balance creativity with precision — ensuring agents perform consistently in real-world use cases.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with AI/LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Strong background in prompt design, testing, and optimization.
- Comfort with workflow automation, scripting, or system configuration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to debug and improve AI agent performance.
- Excellent written communication (for both prompt crafting and documentation).
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to experiment with emerging AI tools.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, or building chatbots/AI assistants.
