Job Title: Business Analyst and Prompt Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst and Prompt Engineer having rich Domain Experience in Fashion Retail, with expertise in LLMs, Multi Agent GenAI Frameworks, Advance RAG, and AI-powered agent workflows. The ideal candidate will design, refine, and optimize Agent Workflows, Prompts and RAG to improve agent interactions, ensure relevant outputs, create appropriate guardrails for GenAI generations, and maximize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand Business Requirements, Agents' Roles and Limitation, Available Data, Data Structure, Company Internal Content, Public Content.
Understand the Capabilities and Limitations of Multi Agent Frameworks and LLMs.
Create Agent Workflows. Create Agent Role Definitions and System Prompts. Create Agent Guardrails. Use Prompting Best Practices.
Optimize RAG for both Structured and Unstructured Data. Use a mix of Structured Queries and Semantic Search.
Design Real World Business Queries for Fashion Retail.
Conduct A/B testing and evaluation of workflow and prompt effectiveness with real-world business queries.
Collaborate with Business Users to understand their Requirements and define Use Cases
Collaborate with Developers, Data analysts, AI Engineers and Testers to integrate prompts into production workflows.
Create User Guides and Training Programs to familiarize the Users with AI Agents, Best Practices and Limitations.
Get User Feedback and incorporate it back in Agent Workflows and Prompts.
Manage Stakeholders by clearly articulating and communicating the capabilities and limitations of AI agents
Keep up to date with advancements in the field and best practices.
