Job Overview
We’re looking for a Prompt Engineer with hands-on experience building real AI agents — not just writing prompts. You’ll work on client-facing projects where we design, develop, and refine Copilot-style solutions that solve real operational problems.
What you’ll work on
- Designing and refining prompts, system messages, and workflows for AI agents
- Building solutions using Microsoft Copilot 365, Copilot Studio, or similar platforms
- Creating custom GPT-style agents with advanced reasoning, tool use, and multi-step flows
- Translating business requirements into reliable AI behaviours
- Running feedback loops to continuously improve output quality
- Collaborating with engineering and data teams to validate behaviour, reduce hallucinations, and improve accuracy
What we’re looking for
- Solid experience with Copilot Studio, Copilot 365, custom GPTs, or other agent-building frameworks
- A strong grasp of prompt design patterns, grounding, guardrails, and evaluation strategies
- Ability to break down use cases and turn them into structured AI flows
- Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting recommendations
- Bonus: experience with .NET, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, or RAG tooling
