We are looking for a
GenAI Artist (hands-on) to join our multidisciplinary creative and production team in Madrid.
The candidate will develop a wide range of still and motion assets across digital, social, print, OOH, shopper and TV channels. They will be responsible for generating and adapting visuals for digital campaigns, social content, online video, high-resolution key visuals, print-ready artwork, large-format OOH assets, retail and e-commerce imagery, and motion deliverables such as supers, tags and TV adaptations.
The role requires versatility in both static and moving image creation, ensuring brand consistency and seamless integration within broader campaign ecosystems.
The candidate will work hand in hand with Creative Directors, Producers and fellow artists to deliver assets following quality standards, aesthetic expectations and agreed timelines. They will contribute to internal prompt libraries, develop efficient GenAI workflows and support the evolution of creative and production methodologies within an AI-enabled ecosystem.
YOU WILL DO
- Operate hands-on GenAI image workflows using models such as BFL’s Flux suite, Firefly and internally trained models.
- Write advanced structured prompts using internal libraries and style guides to ensure consistent, controlled results.
- Assess and perform visual QA on outputs, curate selects and collaborate with Creative Directors to refine aesthetic direction.
- Contribute to prompt libraries and participate in internal knowledge sharing around prompting, style control and model nuances.
- Understand and adapt to brand guidelines, narrative intent and cinematic language in image generation.
- Apply production logic (lighting, lensing, composition, production design) in generative pipelines to ensure outputs feel polished and production-ready.
- Partner with Producers to ensure all assets are delivered on time, on brief and within a fast-moving workflow.
- Support static and motion deliverables across campaigns, ensuring quality, fidelity and brand alignment.
Experience
- Experience working with GenAI image models and a strong visual/photographic sensibility.
- Expert user of ComfyUI and cloud-based GenAI platforms.
- Hands-on experience building and tuning GenAI workflows to achieve predictable results.
- Understanding of training techniques, foundational model biases and how to leverage or bypass them to achieve the desired image.
- Solid knowledge of cinematic lighting, composition, lensing and production-ready aesthetics.
- Experience in photography, creative retouching or art direction (required).
- Experience in post-production, VFX or design (required).
- Familiarity with real-world production processes and expectations for both still and motion assets.
