Job Summary:
We are looking for an Entry-Level Prompt Engineer who is curious about AI and large language models (LLMs). You will help design, test, and improve prompts that allow AI systems to produce accurate, useful, and safe outputs for real-world applications.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates, junior developers, or career switchers with strong logical thinking and communication skills.
Respnsibilities
- Design and refine prompts for LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, open-source models)
- Test prompt performance and iterate based on results
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers
- Document prompt strategies, limitations, and best practices
- Assist in building prompt templates and workflows
- Analyze AI outputs for accuracy, bias, and consistency
Requirements
- Strong written English and clear communication skills
- Basic understanding of how AI / LLMs work
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to experiment, test, and iterate systematically
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
- Basic technical literacy (APIs, JSON, or markdown is a plus)
