We’re hiring a hands-on AI Engineer for a fast-growing, EU-regulated FinTech / Crypto organization where AI is already a core operating pillar. This is a builder role, not research, not theory.
If you enjoy turning messy business processes into working AI agents, automations, and internal apps, this role gives you real ownership and visibility across the entire company.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering / LLM logic design.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar AI automation tools.
- Comfortable using AI code-generation tools (GPT, Claude, Gemini) to build real applications.
- Ability to understand business processes and turn them into AI-powered solutions.
- Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript or Python is a plus) - or strong experience reviewing AI-generated code.
- Strong business English and the ability to work independently.
