Role Overview
We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to join our onsite team in Delhi. In this role, you will work closely with our AI and product teams to build, test, and optimize prompts for AI agents, chatbots, and complex automation systems. This is a perfect opportunity for someone passionate about Generative AI to get hands-on experience with real-world production systems.
Key Responsibilities- Prompt Design: Craft and refine high-quality prompts to improve AI performance, tone, and accuracy.
- Conversation Design: Build structured flows for AI agents and chatbots to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Testing & Optimization: Rigorously test AI outputs for compliance and accuracy, analyzing failures to continuously iterate on results.
- Knowledge Management: Organize and maintain the knowledge bases that power our AI engines.
- Collaboration: Work alongside developers to integrate prompts into live products.
Qualifications & Skills- Communication: Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
- AI Enthusiast: Deep interest in and hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Midjourney.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking with high attention to detail and data organization skills.
- Instructional Writing: Ability to write clear, concise, and structured instructions for machines.
- Preferred (Plus): Basic Python knowledge, understanding of APIs, or exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and automation workflows.
