As a Workerbee:
You will help solve complex problems and bring real value to companies through hands-on expertise in prompt design, LLM optimization, and AI workflow engineering.
What our customers need help with:
- Designing high-performance prompts that improve accuracy, consistency, and output quality across LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models
- Building reusable prompt frameworks and evaluation systems to support production AI workflows and guardrails
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
- Testing and refining prompts using A/B experimentation, output scoring frameworks, and human-in-the-loop review
- Integrating prompt systems into applications using APIs, orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and automated pipelines
