Role Overview
We are looking for a Prompt Engineer who specializes in designing structured prompts and AI-powered document templates for real-world professional use cases. This role focuses on prompt design, structured thinking, and domain research to ensure high-quality, reliable, and production-ready AI outputs.
This position is not focused on software engineering, workflow automation, or pipeline development. Instead, it centers on guiding AI behavior through precise prompt design, structured templates, and iterative refinement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, write, and refine structured prompts for AI systems
- Build reusable AI-powered templates for professional workflows
- Research industry-specific terminology, formats, and documentation standards (medical, legal, business, media, etc.)
- Define clear, structured template formats for real-world use cases
- Test AI outputs and iteratively improve prompt performance and accuracy
- Analyze output quality and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with domain experts and product teams to refine templates
- Contribute to prompt libraries, template standards, and internal best practices
- Ensure outputs meet quality, clarity, and usability standards
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Excellent written English skills with high attention to detail
- Strong research and information organization skills
- Ability to learn new industries and terminology quickly
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar large language models
- Ability to evaluate and improve AI output quality systematically
