We are seeking a talented and passionate AI Prompt Engineer to join our core team at Outsource Accelerator.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the frontier of applied AI — shaping how Outsource Accelerator leverages models like Claude and automation tools like n8n to build smarter, faster, and more scalable systems.
Working directly with the COO and Founder, your role is highly collaborative, resourceful, and highly organized!
Key responsibilities:
Prompt Design & Optimization
- Design, write, and iteratively refine prompts for LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT-4) to achieve consistent, high-quality outputs across use cases.
- Develop system prompts, multi-turn conversation flows, and chain-of-thought reasoning frameworks.
- A/B test prompt variations to measure and improve performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- Document prompt libraries, templates, and best practices for reuse across teams.
AI Workflow Automation
- Build and maintain automated AI pipelines using tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Integrate LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) with internal systems, CRMs, databases, and third-party services.
- Design multi-step agentic workflows that combine AI reasoning with real-world actions (web search, data retrieval, file processing).
- Troubleshoot and debug workflow failures across complex automation chains.
