We're expanding our Prompt Engineering team and are looking for a
Conversational Designer to join us!
Requirements
- Background in business process analysis and automation — ideally in fintech, telecom, or retail;
- 1+ year of hands-on experience designing conversational flows, dialogue scripts, or user-facing AI interactions;
- Extensive practical experience prompting LLMs (across multiple models) to solve real business problems — not research, but production use cases;
- Experience designing conversational flows for AI agents or chatbots; familiarity with platforms like RASA, Voiceflow, or Botpress is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills: ability to map complex processes into clear, structured dialogue logic and communicate decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Familiarity with basic scripting or no-code tools is a bonus — but this is a design role, not an engineering one.
Responsibilities
- Analyze how business processes work on the client side: study internal instructions for employees, as well as real conversation recordings and transcripts;
- Based on this analysis, design scripts and prompts for AI agents to automate these processes;
- Create training and test data sets;
- Develop and apply methodologies to assess the quality of the AI agents’ performance and use them to refine the agents.
