- Quotation Comparison
- Compare construction/interior quotations from multiple vendors
- Convert them into a clean standard comparison report (same format for all)
- Find missing items, scope gaps, hidden costs, and price mismatches
- Use ChatGPT/Gemini to speed up analysis and improve accuracy
- Improve prompts + templates so reports become faster and more consistent
- Moodboards + Design Support
- Create moodboards for elevation + interiors (living, kitchen, bedrooms, etc.)
- Collect and organize design references (materials, finishes, lighting, styles)
- Make reusable templates so advisors can quickly build moodboards for customers
Who should apply
