The Qualifications We Seek
- 3-5+ years of experience working with AI-generated content tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, or similar, Operations, Growth Content, Creative Technology, or digital content experimentation
- Strong understanding of social media content performance across major platforms
- Creative and experimental mindset with a passion for testing and iteration
- Systematic thinking - able to build repeatable frameworks from successful outputs
- Strong written communication skills for documenting prompt strategies clearly
- Analytical ability to design tests, track results, and validate performance
- Bonus: Programming or scripting experience; background in content creation or social media management; experience in commercial prompt engineering
Your Daily Tasks
- Explore Studio's features, workflows, and tools to discover high-performing AI content strategies
- Develop and test prompt strategies across different content types and formats
- Identify and combine features to unlock more advanced creative outputs
- Evaluate content based on performance potential, including engagement and shareability
- Build structured prompt templates that can be reused and scaled by operators
- Design prompt systems that can be integrated into product features
- Document and categorize successful strategies for different use cases
- Stay updated on social media trends and translate them into prompt-driven content
- Run A/B tests and continuously refine strategies based on real-world performance
