The Role
You will be the person who integrates every newly released model (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Suno, Veo, ElevenLabs, Runway, Sora, etc.) into our products the fastest. You'll spend most of your day writing and testing prompts, designing system prompt templates, and prototyping with new AI tools.
This role sits at the intersection of prompt engineering, rapid prototyping, and AI trend tracking. You'll work closely with our Senior PMs and engineering team to shape the AI layer of our products.
Responsibilities
- Build production-grade system prompt and template libraries for the following AI generation pipelines: Text-to-Image (Midjourney, Flux, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Ideogram, etc.)
- Text-to-Video (Sora, Veo, Runway, Kling, Luma, etc.)
- Image-to-Video (Runway, Kling, Pika, Hailuo, etc.)
- Text-to-Music (Suno, Udio, ElevenLabs Music, etc.)
- Systematically document the prompt structures, parameter combinations, and style tokens for each model
- Design prompt transformation layers that translate the same user input into prompts optimized for different models
- Test and prototype newly released AI models and APIs within 24–48 hours
- Track AI trends daily on X/Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, and Product Hunt; analyze viral products and adapt them for our portfolio
- A/B test existing prompts to improve output quality and user retention
- Prepare technical documentation and integration plans for the engineering team for new model integrations
- Continuously iterate on prompts based on user feedback and product metrics
- Conduct competitive analysis: reverse-engineer the prompt structures of competing AI products
Required Qualifications
- New graduate or 1 year of experience in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Genuine, hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Suno, ElevenLabs, Runway, etc.)
- Treats prompt engineering as an engineering discipline; can systematically analyze why a prompt works
- Basic understanding of concepts like LLMs, diffusion models, embeddings, and fine-tuning
- Organically follows the AI ecosystem (active participation in the Twitter/X AI community is a big plus)
- Comfortable reading English technical documentation
- Ability to iterate fast. This is the most critical trait for this role — we're looking for someone who can ship 5 prototypes in a day
- Personal projects in AI products (GitHub, side projects, indie apps, Twitter threads, blogs)
- Experience with prompts in a mobile/web consumer app context
- Experience creating AI content for TikTok or Instagram
- Active participation in Discord/Reddit AI communities
