Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has strong social media fluency, hands-on AI content experience, and a systematic approach to testing prompts, identifying trends, and building repeatable creative frameworks that can scale across platforms, audiences, and creator personas.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Deep understanding of social media content performance across major platforms
- Strong instinct for what earns engagement, shares, audience growth, and scroll-stopping attention
- Creative and experimental mindset with the patience to test variables and explore tool limitations
- Systematic thinking with the skill to explain why a prompt works and turn discoveries into repeatable frameworks
- Experience with AI-generated content tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, video generation platforms, or similar creative AI tools
- Strong written communication skills for clear documentation of complex prompt strategies
- Analytical ability to design tests, track results, and draw conclusions from data
- Bonus: programming or scripting experience for systematic prompt testing and structured template development
- Bonus: background in content creation, social media management, or commercial prompt engineering
Responsibilities
- Explore Studio features, parameters, and creative workflows to identify what produces compelling, viral-ready AI content
- Develop and test prompt strategies across portraits, lifestyle shots, trending formats, video content, and new media capabilities
- Discover high-impact feature combinations across generation modes, editing tools, style controls, and post-processing workflows
- Evaluate prompt discoveries against social media performance criteria, including scroll-stopping quality, shareability, and audience-building potential
- Build structured, modular prompt templates with clear parameters for operators and users
- Design prompt architectures that can inform future structured prompt builders within Studio
- Document and categorize discoveries by use case, content type, difficulty level, and expected performance
- Monitor content trends across Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
- Translate emerging social trends into prompt strategies ahead of competitors
- Run A/B comparisons, track results across audience types, and refine strategies based on content performance data
