🚀 We’re Hiring | Prompt Engineer / AI Workflow Specialist

📍 Gurgaon | Full-Time | On-Site

AVA Global Alliance is looking for curious, analytical, and AI-native professionals who understand how to make tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLMs generate real business value.

We are not looking for basic chatbot users.

We want people who can:

✅ Design high-quality prompts for business use cases

✅ Build AI-assisted workflows and automations

✅ Improve productivity using Generative AI

✅ Use AI for research, analytics, reporting, documentation, and operations

✅ Experiment, iterate, and optimize outputs intelligently

At AVA Global Alliance, we work on solving complex business, operational, and regulatory challenges across industries. As AI becomes central to modern consulting and decision-making, we are building teams that can combine business thinking with AI capability.

Key Skills We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.

• Strong prompt engineering capability

• Understanding of LLM behavior and output optimization

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

• Python / automation knowledge preferred

• Research-oriented and detail-focused approach

Preferred Background:

• AI / Tech / Analytics / Consulting / Research

• Freshers with exceptional AI capability are also welcome
