About the RoleWe are seeking an AI Workflow & Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize interactions with large language models (LLMs) and image generation models (Nano Banana). The ideal candidate combines strong language skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Nano Banana, and other foundation models.
This role focuses on improving AI performance through prompt design, evaluation frameworks, workflow optimization, and continuous experimentation.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain prompts for generative AI applications.
- Optimize AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, creativity, and business relevance.
- Create prompt libraries and reusable prompt patterns.
- Test and benchmark different AI models and configurations.
- Develop evaluation metrics and quality assurance processes for AI outputs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI workflows.
- Design AI agents and multi-step reasoning workflows.
- Analyze failure cases and continuously improve prompt performance.
- Stay current with developments in LLMs, reasoning models, multimodal AI, and agentic systems.
- Document best practices and train internal users on AI usage.
Qualifications- Experience working with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or other LLM platforms.
- Strong written communication and prompt-writing skills.
- Understanding of how image generation models, LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and AI agents function.
- Analytical mindset with experience conducting experiments and evaluating results.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions.
- Familiarity with Python, APIs, automation tools, or no-code workflow platforms is a plus.
