About Tribun Health
For over 15 years, Tribun Health has been driving the digital transformation of cancer diagnosis through the use of artificial intelligence.
We develop software solutions that enable the transition from traditional, microscope-based pathology to fully digital pathology workflows, empowering pathologists to work efficiently on the computer.
This digitalization of pathology services provides a powerful response to the increasing workload and growing diagnostic complexity faced by pathology departments. It also enables the seamless integration of AI algorithms that support diagnosis, prognosis, and the development of new therapies.
Tribun Health has been recognized with the prestigious “Best in KLAS” Customer Experience Award for three consecutive years, reflecting our strong commitment to customer satisfaction. We take pride in our innovative digital pathology solutions, our customer-centric culture, and the positive impact we have on patients’ quality of life.

Your missions will be to :
Product track — in-product integration (Mistral)
• Design, test and optimise the prompts embedded in the product and running on Mistral models.
• Assess the quality, reliability and robustness of generated outputs; build test sets and evaluation metrics.
• Help industrialise prompts: versioning, documentation and sharing of best practices.
Internal track — tooling our processes (Claude)
• Identify internal tasks and processes that LLMs (Claude in particular) can accelerate.
• Develop, document and roll out internal use cases: automation, writing assistance, document summarisation and analysis.
• Support and train teams to use these tools effectively and responsibly.
Cross-cutting
• Maintain active monitoring of the model landscape (Mistral, Claude, ChatGPT) and of developments in prompt engineering.
Hard & soft skills:
- Solid command of prompt engineering applied to LLMs (Mistral and Claude in particular; familiarity with ChatGPT a plus).
- Strong programming fundamentals (Python) and experience consuming APIs.
- Analytical mindset and methodological rigour when evaluating results.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and the ability to explain technical topics in plain language.
- Technical English (reading documentation).
- An interest in the healthcare / medical technology field is a plus.
- Working language: French day-to-day, technical English required.
Education & work experience :
- Master's-level studies (Bac+4 / Bac+5) in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, engineering or equivalent (engineering school or university).
- First experience, academic or personal projects in generative AI / LLMs strongly appreciated.
