We’re seeking a Prompt Engineer to play a critical role in developing, refining, and optimizing prompts for AI language models. This position involves creating effective prompts, fine-tuning models based on performance metrics, and continuously improving prompt design strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Responsibilities:

Design and refine prompts for AI language models to improve performance and accuracy.

Conduct performance evaluations of AI models and adjust prompts based on the results.

Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and objectives for prompt design.

Develop strategies for continuous improvement of prompt effectiveness.

Create documentation and guidelines for prompt design and implementation.

Assist in training AI models and provide support during the deployment phase.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and NLP technologies and incorporate best practices into prompt design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI prompt engineering or a related field.

Proficiency with natural language processing tools and techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with machine learning models and AI development frameworks.

Experience with AI model training and fine-tuning is a plus.
