About the Role
We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and analytical Entry-Level Prompt Engineer to work with AI tools and improve the quality, accuracy, and consistency of AI-generated responses.
This is a non-coding role and is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, logical thinking, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
You will work with AI tools to create, test, refine, and document prompts that help AI systems deliver better and more reliable results.
Key Responsibilities

Create, test, and refine prompts for AI-powered applications.

Experiment with different prompt structures and approaches to improve AI responses.

Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, tone, clarity, and consistency.

Identify issues or gaps in AI responses and modify prompts to achieve better outcomes.

Create and maintain prompt templates, guidelines, and best practices.

Work with operations and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI instructions.

Test AI responses across different scenarios, use cases, and edge cases.

Document successful prompts, testing results, learnings, and improvements.

Continuously explore new AI tools, prompting techniques, and GenAI capabilities.

Contribute ideas to improve AI-assisted workflows and processes.
Requirements

0–2 years of experience; freshers with relevant skills, projects, or internships are welcome to apply.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.

Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to understand a requirement and convert it into clear, structured instructions for AI.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or errors.

Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.

Willingness to continuously learn, experiment, and adapt to new AI tools and techniques.
Good to Have

Personal or academic projects involving ChatGPT, Generative AI, or AI tools.

Experience creating prompts, AI-generated content, chatbots, or AI-assisted workflows.

Basic understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models) and how Generative AI works.

Experience testing or evaluating AI-generated responses.

Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages can be an advantage, depending on the use case.
