What You'll Do:
- Create Prompts: Develop clear, contextually relevant prompts to guide AI responses.
- Build Knowledge: Contribute to knowledge systems for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve AI performance.
- Collaborate: Work with AI developers and product teams to align AI interactions with user needs.
- Test & Optimize: Continuously refine prompts and knowledge bases based on feedback and performance.
- Expand Library: Create a scalable library of prompts and knowledge assets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong command of English with excellent writing skills.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for optimizing AI interactions.
- Experience or interest in knowledge systems like RAG.
- Collaborative spirit with a team-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in writing, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Interest or experience in AI, natural language processing, or RAG is a plus.
