ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented Prompt Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role sits at the intersection of our Go-To-Market Sales and Product & Engineering teams. You will be responsible for developing LLM applications, designing prompts to optimize contextual results, and expanding our prompt library to enhance real-world use cases.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work closely with GTM sales and Product & Engineering teams to manage our product roadmap, matching customers’ needs with our product vision.
Design, test, and refine prompts that guide AI models to produce desired outputs, ensuring clarity, relevance, and contextual appropriateness.
Spend a lot of time with our customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs.
Conduct extensive testing of prompts to evaluate their performance, making data-driven adjustments to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Own and manage the growth of our prompt library, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our users.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Innovative builder: 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Product Manager, Software Engineer, or Solutions Engineer
Proven track record: Experience interfacing with customers in high-capacity and significantly driving the adoption of your products' rich capabilities.
Passionate about AI: Solid understanding of frontier-scale LLMs (GPT, Claude) and eagerness to apply this knowledge to drive innovation and deliver value to customers.
Technical depth: Strong technical background with some experience in coding or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
Structured thinker: Strong analytical skills to evaluate model performance and improve prompt effectiveness.
Communication skills: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that customers can effectively leverage advanced product features.
Team player: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Creativity: Open mindset to drive experimentation and internal R&D.
Academic achievement: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
