We are seeking an AI Prompt Engineer to manage and optimize the AI-enabled services within our technology stack. This role will be key in improving the effectiveness of customer-facing AI tools that automatically engage with both customers and leads. You will be responsible for managing AI bots that support website chat functions and virtual voice agents handling inbound and outbound telephone calls. The AI Prompt Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and enhance the customer experience while increasing the capture and conversion rates of these AI-driven interactions. Experience in lead nurturing and customer service will be critical in this role.
What You’ll be Doing:

AI Service Management: Manage and optimize various AI-enabled tools, including website chatbots and virtual voice agents.

Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine AI prompts and responses to improve engagement, relevance, and overall customer experience.

Customer Experience Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of AI bots in delivering a seamless and positive customer journey.

Lead Nurturing Optimization: Use AI tools to improve lead nurturing workflows, ensuring timely and relevant follow-ups with prospects.

Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor and analyze the performance of AI interactions, using data to guide improvements in customer engagement and lead capture rates.

Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align AI tools with business objectives.

Voice AI Optimization: Manage and refine virtual voice agents to optimize inbound and outbound customer interactions, improving both customer service and sales conversion rates.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance business outcomes.
What You’ll Bring:

Experience: 3+ years in AI prompt engineering, chatbot management, or a related role, particularly in customer service or lead nurturing environments.

AI Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience managing chatbots, virtual voice agents, or similar AI-driven customer engagement tools.

Customer Experience Focus: A strong understanding of customer behavior and experience optimization, with a track record of improving AI-driven interactions.

Lead Nurturing: Experience with lead nurturing and customer acquisition processes, particularly using AI tools.

Collaboration: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to enhance AI tools.

This hybrid role is based in Tampa, Florida, and requires the candidate to be on-site part-time or willing to relocate.
