The position involves:
AI Pipeline Development
- Design and build AI pipelines to automate document processing, focusing on accuracy and seamless integration with external systems.
- Research new AI-driven methods to enhance document capture and processing across various formats.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth functionality and integration of AI-driven solutions with connected platforms.
System Optimization for AI Stability and Robustness
- Continuously optimize AI models for stability, adaptability, and high-quality performance across diverse applications.
- Address and resolve variations in input handling to improve workflow resilience and reliability.
Prompt Engineering for Customer Output
- Develop and refine prompt templates tailored to specific customer needs, ensuring precise and consistent outputs.
Research and development
- Lead R&D initiatives exploring the latest in AI, from interaction-based modeling to predictive applications.
- Prototype and enhance AI-driven features that align with user needs, fueling future growth and innovation in AI capabilities.

Essential experience
- 5+ years professional experience
- Generative AI / LLM experience
- Python
- Software Engineering background
- Familiarity with Google Cloud (can be from personal projects)
