Position Overview:

We are looking for a Prompt Engineer with expertise in designing, optimizing, and fine-tuning AI-generated prompts to enhance the performance of large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, NLP, and machine learning, with the ability to craft precise, efficient, and context-aware prompts to improve AI responses.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, test, and refine prompts to optimize AI model outputs across various applications.
Collaborate with AI engineers, developers, content teams, key stakeholders to enhance AI-generated responses.
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate prompt effectiveness and improve accuracy, coherence, and relevance.
Develop and maintain prompt libraries, templates, and best practices for AI interactions.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and NLP to continuously refine strategies.
Troubleshoot and debug prompt issues to ensure optimal AI performance.
Work with datasets to fine-tune model responses and improve contextual understanding.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong understanding of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI’s GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Llama).
Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning concepts.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python (experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex is a plus).
Experience with AI model training, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning.
Ability to design prompts that align with business objectives and user needs.
Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and model performance evaluation.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI usage.
Prior experience working with chatbots, conversational AI, or generative AI applications.

Ability to develop and build AI Agents will be an added advantage.
