About the Role:

We're seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and creative Entry-Level Prompt Engineer to join our growing AI/ML team. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to craft, test, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to enhance product functionality and user experience.

Responsibilities:

Design, test, and refine prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Mistral) to generate high-quality outputs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases where LLMs can be leveraged.
Perform prompt tuning and A/B testing to improve accuracy, reliability, and performance of model outputs.
Analyze model responses to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Document prompt iterations, test results, and best practices.
Stay updated on emerging trends in prompt engineering and generative AI.

Qualifications:

Required:

Strong command of English with excellent writing and communication skills.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Passion for AI and willingness to learn about LLMs and prompt strategies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or other generative AI tools.
Background in linguistics, computer science, psychology, UX writing, or a related field.
Familiarity with Python or basic scripting for testing prompts (not mandatory).
Interest in prompt optimization, reinforcement learning, or human-computer interaction.
