Experience And Education Required

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

Job Profile

 Develop, test, and refine prompts for AI language models to ensure high-quality outputs.

 Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to align prompts with user needs and business objectives.

 Analyze prompt performance and user interactions to identify areas for improvement.

 Conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different prompt strategies.

 Stay informed about advancements in AI and NLP to implement best practices in prompt development.

Technical Skills

 Experience in prompt development or a related role involving AI language models.

 Strong understanding of natural language processing and machine learning principles.

 Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

 Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

 Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

 Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their applications.

 Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.

 Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent
