To design, develop, and refine high-quality prompts specifically for generating images using AI software, ensuring that visual outputs align with creative direction, business objectives, and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and optimize image generation prompts for AI models and multimodal tools (e.g., DALL·E, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
Analyse AI-generated images to refine prompt strategies, ensuring improved visual quality, style consistency, and relevance.
Stay updated on the latest prompt engineering techniques, generative AI model updates, and emerging tools in the visual AI space.
Build and maintain prompt libraries and documentation to enable reuse and consistency across design and content teams.
Troubleshoot prompt performance issues and implement creative solutions to achieve desired artistic outputs.
Evaluate new AI tools and platforms for potential use in image generation workflows.
Collaborate with creative teams to align AI-generated visuals with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Educate internal teams on best practices for creating and using image prompts in generative AI tools.
Contribute to AI model fine-tuning strategies to better reflect desired visual styles, where applicable.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Media, Design, or a related field.
Proven experience working with generative AI tools focused on image creation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion).
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with AI platforms, APIs, and prompt design tools specific to image generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is a plus.
Passion for AI art, digital creativity, and staying at the forefront of generative AI trends.

Desirable:

Experience with multimodal AI tools (combining text, image, and video prompts).
Background in digital art, UX/UI design, or creative content design.
