Most people are either good at understanding business problems OR implementing technical solutions. I bridge both: business strategy, human behavior, production code. I sit in stakeholder meetings, identify what needs to happen, make the technical decisions, then ship it.

I make faster decisions because I don't need to translate between business and engineering: I speak both languages. I ship complete solutions because there are no handoffs between strategy and execution.
