Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Prompt Engineer for a 6-month contract (with potential extension) to support the development of GenAI applications within their Advice Center platform. This hybrid role (4 days) is based in downtown Toronto. The successful candidate will work closely with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and LLMA to craft, test, and refine prompts that help advisors summarize and interpret client interactions and work purposes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for AI-driven innovation in client service environments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Design and develop clear, effective prompts for LLMs to support advisor workflows.
• Validate prompt outputs for accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
• Continuously refine and optimize prompts based on feedback and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI solutions into the Advice Center.
• Explore opportunities to automate prompt validation and accuracy checks.
• Stay current with advancements in GenAI tools and methodologies.

Must-Haves
• Hands-on experience working with GenAI tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, LLMA).
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles.
• Experience with Python for automation or data validation tasks.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and effective prompts.
