Job Summary: As a Junior Prompt Engineer, you will design, test, and refine instructions for our AI models to ensure their outputs are accurate, relevant, and of high quality. You’ll work closely with our content, product, and technical teams to develop prompt strategies for various applications, including chatbots, automated content creation, and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
Write and optimize prompts for specific tasks (e.g., generating summaries, formatting outputs, answering questions).
Test prompt effectiveness across AI platforms and iterate on strategies for improvement.
Document prompt versions, experiments, and outcomes.
Collaborate with product, AI, engineering, and content teams to integrate prompt solutions into our workflows.
Report on prompt performance and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and prompt engineering.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with at least one major AI platform (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
An interest in language, interaction design, or user experience (UX).
A basic understanding of natural language processing and AI concepts is preferred but not required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is optional. We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds who are passionate about AI.
