About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Prompt & Content Engineering Lead to drive innovation at the intersection of Large Language Models (LLMs), enterprise knowledge systems, and marketing content automation. This individual will serve as a bridge between AI engineering, marketing, and knowledge management teams — designing reusable prompt systems, developing structured knowledge frameworks, and enabling AI-powered content creation for enterprise-scale use cases.
You will play a key role in shaping how our organization creates, structures, and optimizes content — from thought leadership and RFP proposals to knowledge repositories — by embedding advanced prompt engineering methodologies and generative AI workflows.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, refine, and optimize system prompts, agent roles, and persona-driven prompt libraries.
· Build enterprise prompt & knowledge playbooks for reuse across consulting/workflows.
· Work with SMEs and marketing to create structured knowledge content.
· Implement Content Operations Pipelines for structured taxonomies and prompt evaluation.
· Manage AI-assisted content creation for whitepapers, websites, and RFP proposals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
