Key Responsibilities
Design Complex Prompts: Watch video clips and craft nuanced, context-rich question–answer pairs that challenge AI reasoning and comprehension.
Analyze Model Behavior: Evaluate AI model outputs to identify reasoning gaps and logical inconsistencies.
Synthesize Multimodal Data: Translate visual and audio information into coherent, high-quality written prompts.
Iterate and Calibrate: Refine and enhance prompts through review cycles to improve LLM performance.
Ensure Quality: Maintain factual accuracy, clarity, and logical consistency across all deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Education: MA or PhD in English Literature, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in research, content design, editing, or AI-related projects.
Language Skills: Exceptional command of written and spoken English (native-level proficiency preferred).
Analytical Skills: Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
Attention to Detail: Ability to detect subtle context variations and linguistic nuances.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Prompt Engineering, LLM Evaluation, or AI Content Strategy.
Background in linguistic analysis, semantics, or cognitive linguistics.
Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, or multimodal data annotation.
