🚀 We’re Hiring: Prompt Engineer (Enterprise AI & Multilingual Workflows)
We’re looking for a Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and govern prompt-driven AI workflows powering real-world enterprise use cases.
This role goes far beyond writing prompts.
You’ll shape how AI systems reason, respond, and operate across multilingual business workflows, ensuring high-quality outputs across voice agents, copilots, assistants, automation flows, and domain-specific enterprise applications.
🔹 What You’ll Work On
- Design zero-shot, few-shot, role-based, and schema-constrained prompts
- Build reusable prompt templates and multi-step prompt chains
- Improve instruction adherence, grounding, tone, and response quality
- Drive multilingual output quality across English + regional/global languages
- Build prompt evaluation benchmarks, regression datasets, and review workflows
- Analyze failure modes such as hallucinations, formatting drift, and unsafe outputs
- Partner with SMEs, annotators, business teams, and product teams
- Define standards for prompt governance, review, and deployment readiness
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Strong expertise in prompt design methodologies
- Excellent English writing, semantic precision, and tone control
- Strong multilingual language sensitivity and localization understanding
- Experience in prompt benchmarking, evaluation, and failure analysis
- Strong stakeholder communication and workflow translation ability
- Exposure to enterprise AI copilots, assistants, or workflow automation is a plus
- Python / experimentation mindset is a bonus
