As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Prompt Engineer to improve AI-driven product experiences across multiple use cases.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to design, test, and improve prompts for AI-powered products and workflows. In this role, you will work on improving AI responses, conversational quality, evaluation systems, and overall user experience across different enterprise AI applications.
What you’ll be doing:
● Write and optimize prompts for different AI use cases across chat, voice, automation, and internal tools
● Design conversational flows, instructions, and edge case handling for AI systems
● Test AI outputs, identify failures, and improve response quality through iteration
● Create evaluation scenarios and frameworks to measure prompt performance
● Work with product and engineering teams to improve AI behavior and reliability
● Build reusable prompt templates and best practices for scalable AI development
What We’re Looking For:
● 6 months to 2 years of experience in prompt engineering, AI products, conversational AI, or related fields
● Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt writing fundamentals
● Good communication and problem-solving skills
● Ability to think through user intent, edge cases, and conversational flows
● Interest in AI systems, experimentation, and improving model behavior
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
